2025 marks a turning point with our move to the new cellar in Saint-Jean de Fos, which is semi-underground for natural temperature control and designed to be simple and functional.
Ready just in time for the harvest!

Despite a challenging vintage, our meticulous work (green manure, debudding, late pruning, etc.) and the care taken during the harvest enabled us to bring in perfectly ripe and healthy grapes.
​
The result: a beautiful balance for fine, elegant wines.
